The Full Story
We are Autumn Estate Personal Care Home! We are a state licensed facility that offers 24-hour care for you or your loved one/s. Our philosophy is to meet the total needs of our residents in an environment that is comfortable, secure and safe. We accept the challenge of preserving each resident’s independence, health, dignity and highest quality of life.

Our staff are certified, trained, professionals who are happy to help. We can assist with all daily needs which can include; making beds, doing laundry, passing medications, dressing, cooking, cleaning, activities and so much more!
Services
What You Need
We take pride in the food that we serve to our residents! We provide three home cooked meals and have snacks on hand for any between meal needs. We strive to provide healthy options and steer away from processed foods.
Private Suite
Our Private Rooms feature a Private Full-Bathroom as well as a closet.
Private Room with Shared Bathroom
Our Private Room with shared Bathroom has a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom.
Shared Room
Our Shared rooms are spacious room for two to share. There is a shared Bathroom that is not attached to the bedroom.
Our Services
We believe in Happy and Healthy lifestyles! So, for us, activities are a must! We have board games, bingo, enjoy music, walks outside, we have even been known to sit in the sun, and during spring and summer we encourage gardening.

Our Facility
Our Facility opened on November 2, 2019. We are a State Licensed 24/7 Personal Care Home. We are a family business and have a total of ten rooms with a total of 13 beds.
